Synopsis:

An incubus who feeds off the sexual desires of others, Roth de Lis has never been denied the pleasure of a woman’s body...until now.

Lilah, once a warrior maiden in the service of a goddess, languishes on earth after being cast out from the slopes of Mount Olympus.

Lilah will do anything to return home, including betraying Roth. As she spins her web of lies, Roth begins a slow, wicked seduction that eventually threatens to consume them both.

But when Lilah’s deceit comes to light, will their torrid love affair be able to overcome a pact with the darkest of gods?

Our Opinion:

Easily this is going to be another win for Celia Aaron.

Incubus is a highly sexually charged story about a warrior woman who wants redemption and acceptance again with her family...and will do anything to get it.

There really wasn't anything that wasn't enjoyable about this book.  The determination of Lilah while she hunts for Roth...the anticipation of what their relationship may or may not become...the backstories of each others pasts...all very integral in the telling of Incubus.

Reading time for Incubus was about 4.5 hours. I wasn't able to read it all in one sitting because I picked it up at the wrong time, but easily, I could have binged the whole thing.  It kept me intrigued throughout the whole book.

There are a lot of great secondary characters in Incubus and if given the right muse, Celia Aaron could easily turn this into a series.

I agreed to review Incubus based off two things.  The cover is beautiful, hot and intriguing...and Celia Aaron has never let me down.

If you enjoy the paranormal reads, vampires, nymphs, demons...then this book is for you!

I am giving Incubus 5 stars.
