Collision Point was a fast paced, action packed story of danger and trying to rekindle lost love.
I am not going to lie...I read some of the other reviews before I wrote this. I have never read anything by Lora Leigh before...though I think I have seen her name around. Other reviewers were saying that you should read other books before you start this. I think I agree with this? There were a couple times I felt like there was more of a story to what was going on and I just couldn't find the information I needed, but I was able to follow the storyline the whole way without major problems.
The only thing it really did was make me want to go back and read the other series...so there's that.
Riordan and Amara burn very hot and I think that is what draws me to them so much. The deep undercurrent of hurt and pain mixed with the intense attraction and deep seeded love they have for one another really keeps your attention. Add in the drama of trying to figure out who is trying to kill Amara and it was writing gold for me.
The only reason I put this book down was because I was too exhausted from a day full of activities and having to be up early the next day. The only reason. I would have eaten through this whole thing in one sitting under the perfect scenario. Reading time for me was a little over 5 hours.
I did only give it 4 stars and that was only because of the carry over issue. But the story line was fabulous and I am definitely going back for more Lora Leigh!
