OUR REVIEW:
After reading this second book, I'll be reorganizing my one click list. Q.B. Tyler has given me back to back 5 star reads that I could not put down. She has quite the talent at putting emotions on paper that translate crystal clear to her readers and I loved every minute of it!
Bittersweet Addiction is the second story in this "series"/Duet? Book one had me an emotional mess and book two was no different. It continues on from Bittersweet Surrender. This is NOT a standalone and you MUST read book one to follow along. I went back and read the last chapter of book one before I started just so I could start with a fresh memory.
The one thing that will stay with me with this story and truly the whole series is the emotions. So much happens with this couple in book one and it carries through to book two and I can't say it enough that Q.B. KNOWS emotional writing. I am trying not to get into too much detail as to what this book is about as I don't want to give anything away to readers who have yet to read Bittersweet Surrender.
Read these books. If you want a read that will pull you in, tug on your heartstrings, have you all over the emotional spectrum and leave you with a HEA...this is the series for you.
Lauren's story is next and I am super happy because I am so invested in these friends and I need MORE!
