I absolutely loved this story! Easily swept up in the first two chapters, I did not put this book down until I was done. And that is saying something as the read time was a little over 6 hours.
Alex Grayson snatches your attention quickly with the dreams of Luca and the mystery woman. I found myself then intrigued by this and then she transitioned into finding out who she was and all the drama surrounding that and I was hooked.
Luca is making my list of favorites for 2018 for several reasons. He is fiercely loyal, loving, protective and his character will pull at your heartstrings a bit. His struggle to do what is right versus what he truly desired was amazing to watch unfold.
I also enjoyed Jules if for no other reason than she is strong! To be put through all she goes through and still be making rational decisions when I think many would crumble...that is strength defined. I am positive readers will enjoy her.
Also a favorite of mine is Aria. I've said it a thousand times, there is something about kids in romance stories that really pull me in. The adults are forced to be less selfish and more concerned about their well being than just being reactive. They bring in tenderness...usually in the men...and it truly is sweet to see these tough guys become puddles around these kids.
This is definitely a book I will put on my shelf to read over and over again. The story was captivating, the characters were intriguing, the suspense was consuming and the reactions it brought out in me were addicting. Pull me in, get me hooked and then give me some emotional responses and I will keep coming back for more.
